What we collect
When you sign up for Valifide HRMS, we collect your name, work email and organization name to create your account. Once your organization uses the product, the HR data your team enters - employee records, attendance, leave, payroll and the other modules you turn on - is stored in a database dedicated to your organization, kept separate from every other organization on Valifide.
How we use it
Account details are used to run your subscription, send signup verification and billing emails, and respond when you contact support. Your organization's HR data is used only to run the product for you - we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train any model.
Who can see your data
Your organization's data is visible only to the people you give access to within your own account, and to Valifide staff when needed to provide support or keep the service running. We do not share it with other organizations or third parties beyond the infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) that the product itself depends on to run.
